Job Title:            Senior Sales Executive

Summary

The company is expanding and therefore seeking exceptional individuals who have a proven ability to thrive in Consultative and solution sales roles. This person will focus on building long-term relationships with clients, and obtaining and delivering profitable E-business/consulting services or management engagements. In addition, this position will actively obtain and generate new revenues through the sale of software licenses and consulting services.

The Position

  • Prospecting and lead generation resulting in new business
  • New account development through target account planning and execution
  • Closing multi-million, multi-year projects

Specific performance objectives for the Senior Sales Executive during the 1st year:

  • Generating a minimum of $2 million of revenue
  • Establishing enduring relationships with executive-levels in prospective client organizations
  • Creating a strong list of prospects for future business and a clear concept of a "plan of attack" going forward.· Developing business independently and be persuasive and credible.
  • Being a bright, well respected individual with a high level of energy.
  • Having the ability to act quickly and decisively and use expert knowledge to meet predefined objectives and to inspire and motivate clients into action.
  • Possessing strong technology instincts, coupled with industry skills and a track record of selling major engagements to executive levels (multi-year, multi-million dollar projects).
  • Practicing a professional and personal commitment to contributing to the goal of "best in class" status.

Education

BA/BS in business, communications or technology field; MBA with a global perspective is a plus
