Strategic Alliance Joins CrossCheck, Inc., and Noverus

Rohnert Park, Calif. – CrossCheck, Inc., today announced a strategic alliance with financial services company, Noverus.

CrossCheck, Inc., the nation’s largest privately held payment guarantee company, reached an agreement with Noverus, Inc., of Petaluma, Calif., to jointly market and produce Noverus’ proprietary personal financial planning systems. The alliance also includes a seven-figure staged investment from CrossCheck to advance development and market penetration of Noverus systems, as well as make them available to existing CrossCheck partners in the banking, retail and insurance industries.

CrossCheck, through its operating company, The Green Sheet Inc., is in the Financial Services Publishing business, operates an Internet Services business and offers proprietary virtual and physical payment services. The investment in Noverus is CrossCheck's fifth technology investment in the last two years.
